MDS Coordinator Virtual Training
This 3-day virtual training is designed for new and aspiring MDS Coordinators.
Service Description
Let us help you take the stress out of MDS one puzzle piece at a time! Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and expert instruction, participants will gain a deep understanding of the RAI process, accurate MDS completion, and regulatory compliance. Participants will explore the key responsibilities of the MDS Coordinator role, including assessment scheduling, assessment completion, care planning, reimbursement systems (PDPM), reimbursement, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Special emphasis will be placed on CMS guidelines, quality measures, and best practices for ensuring both clinical and financial outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Course Registration To secure a spot in the course, participants must complete the online registration form and submit full payment prior to the course start date. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Access to Course Materials Access to any course materials, resources, or live sessions will be granted once registration and payment are complete. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations by Participants More than ten days before the course start date: A full refund will be issued, unless the option for an RAI Manual to be included was already processed. Less than ten days before the course start date: No refund will be issued. No refunds will be given for non-attendance or partial participation. Transfer of Enrollment You may transfer your enrollment to another participant up to 48 hours before the course begins. Please notify us in writing to arrange this. Cancellations or Changes by Us In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the course (e.g., due to instructor illness or unforeseen technical issues), participants will be offered: A full refund (excluding the cost of the RAI Manual, if already received), or The option to reschedule or apply the credit toward a future course. Technical Requirements & Responsibility Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to access the course. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to technical difficulties on the participant’s side.
